Our Subprocessors

These are the third parties that process customer data on our behalf. We update this page whenever a subprocessor is added, removed or changes role.

Effective: 2026-05-26 Last updated: 2026-05-26

Enterprise customers receive direct email notification 30 days before any change. Other customers can subscribe to updates via the email below.

What is a subprocessor

A subprocessor is a third-party company we engage to help us deliver the service to you. Each subprocessor processes some category of customer data — for example, AWS hosts your data and Anthropic runs the LLM that powers your agents. We pick subprocessors carefully and bind them with contracts that require equivalent or stronger security and privacy commitments than what we promise you.

You can find this list in any DPA we sign with you; this page is the always-current version.

Active subprocessors

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Purpose: Hosting, compute, storage, database, CDN Categories of data: All customer data at rest and in transit Region: us-east-1 · eu-west-1 (Enterprise)
Anthropic Purpose: Claude LLM inference (default model) Categories of data: Prompts and outputs at inference time Region: us-east-1
Upstash Purpose: Redis cache for session state and rate limits Categories of data: Session tokens, rate-limit counters Region: Global edge
Voyage AI Purpose: Text embeddings for RAG retrieval Categories of data: Documents uploaded for RAG Region: us-east-1
LangFuse Purpose: Observability — traces and metrics for our admin team Categories of data: Agent execution traces (Thaliq admin only — not visible to other customers) Region: us · self-hosted on Enterprise
HubSpot Purpose: CRM and marketing — contact form submissions Categories of data: Contact form data only (name, email, company, message) Region: us

BYOK customers can route LLM inference to their own Anthropic or AWS Bedrock account, removing Anthropic as a Thaliq subprocessor for their tenant.

How we notify changes

  • Enterprise customers receive direct email notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
  • Other customers can subscribe to subprocessor updates by emailing us with the subject "Subscribe: subprocessors".
  • If you have a contractual right to object (typically Enterprise), you can do so during the notice period and we will work with you on alternatives.
